Nautical collectors and ocean liner memorabilia buffs now have the opportunity to purchase a souvenir that was recovered from the Andrea Doria. I have been diving the Grand Dame of the Sea for twenty-five years. During that time I have recovered numerous items from inside the wreck, many of which are pictured in my book, "Andrea Doria: Dive to an Era."
I am now offering for sale some of my duplicate china ware: cups, saucers, and a few miscellaneous items from First Class, Second Class, and Third Class - each class displaying its own distinctive design, all stamped with "Italia" and the crown logo.
Prices vary according to scarcity and condition: from $100 to $1,000. Please note that cups and saucers are individual items: a cup is one item, a saucer is another item.
Each item is accompanied by a signed verification of authenticity. (Notarization is an additional $5.) Domestic shipping is $5 per item.
